Marty Wootton, RIPIt breaks my heart to have to report the death of Marty, our beloved black and white DSH boy. He was put to sleep yesterday to save him further suffering from the symptoms of Feline Leukaemia. Fortunately, he didn't start to feel ill until just a very short while before his death, and up until about three days ago, he was happy and contented.

Marty was a tremendous character cat, endlessly entertaining and always full of appreciation for even the smallest bit of attention. One stroke would bring a fusillade of purring, and if you tickled his tummy he would go into ecstacies. He also loved the company of our other cats and to watch him follow Boy or Kuffer across the road on a patrol would always bring a smile to our faces.

Goodnight, Sweet Prince, we will always love you...   Mummy, Daddy, Boy, Kuffer, Alice and Mulder.
